Lately, Tuesdays start with this guy. A friend and I made a commitment to each other to meet at 7 a.m. with Shane for these workouts. Since, this is a “work Monday,” I wasn’t feeling it. Actually, I’m rarely “feeling it” at 7 a.m., but I got through it. There was a fair amount of cursing involved however.
When I crawl to my car and get to work, it was just a full day of work. A 3-meeting seems to actually take the entire day.
A little work outside (when the wall is finished, it will be celebrated).
Some love with my doggies and I’m in bed.
